Yes seated cable rows are great !

But...

We need to hit them big movements !! 

If you generally look at those with a great back there are exercises in their program just like 

> barbell rows 

> single arm dumbbell rows

> chest supported dumbbell rows 

And pull ups are also a great exercise..

This doesn't go just for the back this also goes for building your legs..

You wouldn't just do a leg extension, hamstring curl and a cable kick back would you?

You would include a squatting pattern like a goblet squat, like a barbell squat or like a  Bulgarian spli Hamstring Curl, Barbell Row, Cable Row, Leg Extension, Barbell Squat, Hamstring Curls, Goblet Squat, Leg Extensions, Building Muscle
