Jesus Is King is the ninth studio album by American rapper Kanye West, released on October 25, 2019. The album's Christian theme stood as a departure from West's usual style, generating a mixed critical reception. However, it was a commercial success, reaching number one in the United States, Canada, and Australia, among others. The singles "Follow God" and "Closed on Sunday" were also successful, becoming top 20 hits on both the US Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart. West promoted the album with the film Jesus Is King, although the planned remix album Jesus Is King Part II was scrapped.
I started working on these articles in the spring of 2020, with the lead single "Follow God" being the first that was listed as a GA. A few more songs and the album itself achieved this status later that year, before I began extensively working on making this GT by nominating minor articles like "Everything We Need" in 2022! The album is notable for marking West's first Christian release, having won awards in categories at both the 2020 Billboard Music Awards and the 2021 Grammy Awards. --K. - Support: Album and all notable tracks at GA, with the film, too— looks correct! Great work! -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 14:48, 5 November 2022 (UTC)

Most non-single songs seem to have been covered by reliable sources. Furthermore, they have either charted or been nominated for awards, enhancing their notability. The only exception to this rule seem to be "Hands On", where I can't seem to find relevant sources only covering the songs, album reviews don't count, and "Everything We Need". If this is addressed I will support it.MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 13:00, 6 November 2022 (UTC)
- MarioSoulTruthFan "Hands On" is notable for significant coverage of Fred Hammond's feature, detail on the recording process of the song, and becoming Hammond's first chart appearance. Similarly, "Everything We Need" has notability due to coverage of the process with Ant Clemons, the leak, appearance in the film, and becoming Clemons' first chart appearance too. --K. - "Everything We Need" has notable coverage, Ant Clemons could be self promo as well as West's movie. However, the leak of the song is not. Regarding the other song, EW album review wrote a whole paragraph just for the song along with the Federico Vindver interview, where the song is described, is good enough.
