J04n (talk · contribs · count) Hello. I am looking for constructive feedback because I believe that feedback is essential to improving ones skills. This will be my second review and I am really looking for some more constructive criticism than I received the first time around. Since my first review I have become more active at WP:AfD, PLEASE comment on my assessments there. J04n(talk page) 15:43, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

- Awesome disambiguation work! I'm minorly involved at WP:DPL, and I always see you up on that leaderboard :). Anyway, I am also involved at WP:AFD and so I will comment on your work there. In general, your !votes seem well thought-out. You frequently cite policy in your arguments, and avoid things like "just not notable". It's also good to see you are able to acknowledge when another's opinion is better. In short, you seem quite clueful. Even in places where the closing admin disagreed with you, I have to say you made a good argument. Personally, to me a good editor at AfD is not someone who agrees with me all the time, but someone who debates effectively. You certainly do that. I really couldn't find any complaints against you. Keep up the good work. Jujutacular T · C 06:30, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

- Only encountered you and your work recently (at AfD). But you're one of the best. Attitude is great, helpfulness superb, list articles on AfD lists so others w/interest can see them which is great (wouldn't you think there would be a way to automate that?), look for sources, add sources. What's not to like?--Epeefleche (talk) 03:06, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
Questions
- What are your primary contributions to Wikipedia? Are there any about which you are particularly pleased? Why?
- I have about 500 pages on my watch list. I try to maintain the quality of those pages, make sure that everything is properly referenced and follows MOS. I do a lot of disambiguating, and as mentioned I'm becoming more active at Afd.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- Not really, I answered this question on my first review. That example is the closest thing. I think I have good relationships with other wikipedians, I try to bring things up on talk pages.
- I thought this [1] edit was excellent. Sources often get left at AfD and articles are not improved as a result; yet you took the time to peruse the AfD on the article and add sources. This is very commendable -- Samir 03:31, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
