Climie.ca (talk · contribs) I've been on Wikipedia since March 2007, contributing primarily in the field of Canadian Military History. I'm a current member of the coordination team for the Military History Wikiproject, and a member of the FA-Team. Since I have been a contributor for what is closing in on nearly two years, I feel it now necessary to find out how my contributions are perceived by the greater community on Wikipedia.. Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
My contributions to the Military History Project (in particular WWII) including three FAs, two As, three GAs, and numerous smaller articles - as they represent the portion of the 'Pedia from which my contributions actually affect the outside perception of Wikipedia. As well, my work on the coordination staff of what has likely been one of the best-run projects on Wikipedia (MilHist) in the past. As for why, appointment to the coordination staff (I feel) showed that the wider community is willing to trust me with positions of authority (at least that's the way I took it).
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Fortunately, no. I've had minor scraps with anonymous-IP addresses, particularly over MBK004's and mine plans to continue TomStar81's Iowa-Class FT-Drive after his wikiretirement. That said, I feel that the only two minor issues that have occurred have been dealt with in a mature and calm manner.
