Software article of unclear notability, lacking independent RS coverage. Refs provided are to a download site and not sufficient to establish notability. Tagged for notability since 2013. A search turned up other download sites and a few blog entries, but no significant WP:RS coverage. Article content was created by an SPA Jcastros as possibly promotional.
