WP:BLP, based entirely on primary sources with not a whit of reliable source coverage shown, of a person notable only as a non-winning candidate for political office and as president of a local environmental agency. None of this is enough to constitute an automatic inclusion freebie just because he exists, and the sourcing isn't good enough to satisfy WP:GNG. Delete.
