I cannot find any indication of notability. In fact I could not even find evidence of existence. There is an unrelated Miss Cosmopolitan World pageant that gets a couple of Google News hits; none of the dozen or so sources I checked mentioned this pageant, and the article's lone reference does not, either. - Delete and salt. It may even be a hoax, so I'm going to reduce it to a stub right now. Also, there is a small sock farm creating these articles. Miss Cosmopolitan has already been salted.- MrX 14:54, 5 November 2016 (UTC)

- Strong delete and salt - This article is one sentence long, has no content, and appears to be a hoax. It is definitely not notable and is a duplicate of a salted article. I think it should be speedied. RafChem (talk) 16:39, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
- delete looking for references I find this http://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/51386466 for a competition in 1974. And there does seem to be a Miss Cosmopolitan World both nothing to do with what is written here. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:04, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
