While I'd consider rail lines to almost always be notable, I question whether the CSX subdivision is the notable topic. Subdivisions are things made up by someone at CSX headquarters in Jacksonville, and do not necessarily correlate to lines as a whole, or to notable topics. This article is one of many mass-produced by an editor who decided every single CSX subdivision should have an article, irrespective of sourcing, notability, or if it even made sense to do so. What about merging this and other CSX subdivisions to "List of CSX Transportation lines"? Some of this data is already included in the list article.
