No assertion of notability whatsoever in any way, shape or form, under any policy, guideline or essay excluding WP:BOLLOCKS. It would be long gone except the author contested a previous prod, something I've always considered a tiny flaw in the system (in the same way that the Titanic had a tiny flaw in her hull).
