This is WP:TOOSOON. The article subject is a poet from Philippines residing in Singapore. At the moment, there is no evidence of significant coverage in reliable and independent sources (maybe this could work, but it seems like a review). The claim of significance is that a work of the subject was shortlisted for the Singapore Literature Prize, but that doesn't help in proving notability as many works have been shortlisted over the years (and Singapore is a small place).
