I have been unable to locate any sources for this aside from the one quoted in the article (which is unavailable online, and which I suspect may be self-published). I find only trivial mentions of "Dubthaigh" as a surname, with no coverage of it as either a surname or a tribe. - Redirect to Dubthach. "Dubthaigh" is the plural (and/or genitive) form of "Dubthach". According to the text, the surname seems to derive from the person name. (Like someone called "Matthew" begetting the surname "Matthews".) Recommend redirecting the title covering the plural form to the title covering the singular...
