- The organisation is rather small and works only in Central Vietnam, but it is mentioned in several reliable Internet sources (I added references). And also CHIA belongs to the List of non-governmental organisations in Vietnam. I think the article should be kept.Ans-mo (talk) 06:38, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
