Delete. @Ronald Stretch: The highest level is the actual national team and doesn't count the youth teams (all of United_States_men's_national_under-18_soccer_team#Current_squad is red otherwise). However, if you can still find reliable sources showing a general level of notability, it may be worth keeping but it doesn't seem likely.
