Comment: Billboard is minimal coverage. Given the flowery language used in the Nigerian sources, I'd prefer one more good source to push this over the top. This pops up [1] but I haven't confirmed if it's the same person or not. I'll review it later, or if someone else wants to, please feel free. Almost notable...
