György Kálmán moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, György Kálmán, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 20:15, 29 May 2022 (UTC)

Hello. If you are adding a page for every species of Chimarra please could you follow the style after my edit at Chimarra actinifera. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks. YorkshireExpat (talk) 19:49, 1 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hello! Yes, this is what I am doing. Will be sure to follow that format in the future.
- IkesFavoriteTikToker (talk) 19:51, 1 June 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks. So {{Short description}} followed by {{Speciesbox}} at the top (remember 'genus' and 'species' parameters, or there will be errors). Use templates for {{NCBI taxid}}, {{ITIS}}, {{GBIF}} etc. Genus and species names in italics. Add {{taxonbar}} and categories. YorkshireExpat (talk) 19:58, 1 June 2022 (UTC)
Hi! I also wanted to ask you something regarding these articles - can you please add the sources as properly formatted references rather than bare urls. You can use visual editor - just click cite above and insert the link - it will create the citation automatically. It would save a lot of time. Thank you in advance.Less Unless (talk) 15:24, 4 June 2022 (UTC)
Ah, will do. Kind of new at source editing, so this is good to know. Thanks a bunch, saw you already did a few of them for me. Bread Enthusiast (talk) 17:43, 4 June 2022 (UTC)

George Cathay
[edit]Hello there Bread Enthusiast! (Awesome username by the way)
An article you created, George Cathay, appears to not meet Wikipedia’s notability guideline for people. The sources appear to be just passing mentions of Cathay, and the Marty Grant website appears to be a primary source, (As Grant is related to Cathay) which is not helpful with the general notability guideline. I’d you can, please add some reliable, independent sources that are not directly related to the topic. Otherwise, the article may have to be deleted. I’d suggest finding some sources soon. If you have any questions, please ask me here. Thank you, CollectiveSolidarity (talk) 23:58, 3 July 2022 (UTC)
Hello! I feared this, and admittedly it makes sense. I saw a mention of him in an article about a creek apparently named after him, and was curious if there was any information about him. In my haste, I definitely was careless with my choosing of sources. Will look for better sources, and will tag for deletion if none. Bread Enthusiast (talk) 00:52, 4 July 2022 (UTC)

- I moved the article to draftspace to help you incubate it. If you can find some sources, just deposit it at Draft:George Cathey. If you need any help, just ask me. Cheers! CollectiveSolidarity (talk) 01:16, 4 July 2022 (UTC)
- Ah, apparently I was incorrect when moving the article to draft space in accordance to guidelines. I guess I got a little ahead of myself. Your article has been moved back to mainspace. Forgive me for my inexperience with moving to drafts. CollectiveSolidarity (talk) 01:42, 4 July 2022 (UTC)
All good. The article really did need some improving to be honest, so only good really came of it :) Bread Enthusiast (talk) 01:45, 4 July 2022 (UTC)

I added another citation on El Cubano, Cuba. Do I need more? CubanoBoi (talk) 22:22, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
Preferably, yes. Your current citations don't seem to contain the information you have added to the article, but I could be mistaken. After you think your citations contain the information you have in the article, you may remove the tag. Cheers! Bread Enthusiast (talk) 22:25, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Philippine Yearbook
[edit]Hello Bread Enthusiast, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Philippine Yearbook, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Page was hijacked, instead reverted to original redirect. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. DatGuyTalkContribs 12:55, 20 August 2022 (UTC)
Thank you, this seems like a fairer verdict than deletion. Will be more careful in the future. Bread Enthusiast (talk) 13:00, 20 August 2022 (UTC)

Sidney Willard photo
[edit]The picture you added to the page for the American politician Sidney Willard is not correct. The photo is of Civil War US Major Sidney Willard who was killed at the battle of Fredericksburg. Same name, wrong person. 96.28.69.139 (talk) 05:41, 29 December 2022 (UTC)
Much appreciated, will correct it. Bread Enthusiast (talk) 12:49, 29 December 2022 (UTC)
