It's been 5 years since I last touched Wikipedia. At the time I was a naive Christian school student who made lousy edits and didn't really take Wikipedia too seriously. Now as an adult I realize the incredible importance of freedom of information.
My commitments as an editor
[edit]- I will do my very best to treat everyone with respect and professional courtesy as befitting an encyclopedic effort
- If I fail in this, I will step back and reassess my involvement in the situation at hand
- I will try to respond in a timely manner to anyone who attempts to contact me
- I am dedicated to Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, and will try to keep my personal bias out of things
I recognize that I am a fallible human being and that I do make mistakes. If anything I say or do violates Wikipedia policy, offends you personally, or even leaves a bad taste in your mouth- let me know.
