My name is Jared Kass, I'm a Masters student at Cornell University studying information science. I do web development, as well as work in the Cornell Social Media lab on app development for some studies. I'm currently a teaching assistant for the course Online Communities at Cornell. One of the students' assignments is to form teams and edit a Wikipedia article. The goal is to hopefully improve the article's rating, as well as introduce them to the Wikipedia community.
