[edit]- Shannon Casull {Scrapped Princess) with the help of his dragoon Zeferis kills the peacemaker Galiel who tries to kill his adoptive sister Pacifica Casull.
E
[edit]- Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist) (in the anime) kills the hommunculi Sloth, who resembles his deceased mother Trisha Elric, and Greed, whom he believes is holding his brother Alphonse Elric hostage.
- Envy (Fullmetal Alchemist) kills Maes Hughes in the guise of his wife Gracia Hughes and (in the anime) his half-brother Edward Elric, jealous of having being replaced as Hoenheim Elric's eldest son.

[edit]- Kenshin Himura (Rurouni Kenshin)) kills many people during the revolution as Battosai the Manslayer, most notably his wife Tomoe Yukishiro and her first fiancee Akira Kiyosata.

[edit]- Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist) kills the parents of Winry Rockbell under military orders and the hommunculus Pride to avenge his friend Maes Hughes's death (in the anime). In the manga he kills the hommunculus Lust by burning her repeatedly to death.

[edit]- Naraku (Inuyasha) kills Kikyo in the guise of her lover Inuyasha to gain the Shikon no Tama, and Sango's village, including her brother Kohaku. He also kills several of his incarnations including Kagura and Kanna, whom he orders to commit suicide. He also slaughters several villages to further his own ends.

[edit]- Pride (Fullmetal Alchemist) kills Greed's chimera friend Martel in both the manga and the anime. In the anime he also kills his young son.

[edit]- Scar (Fullmetal Alchemist) kills several alchemists, as he believes they are violating the laws of God, including Basque Gran and Shou Tucker (in the manga). In the manga he is also responsible for the death of Winry Rockbell's parents (as opposed to the anime, where they are killed by Roy Mustang. In both the manga and anime he kills Nina Tucker who has been fused with a dog to become a chimera.
- Makoto Shishio {Rurouni Kenshin) takes over the role as Battosai the Manslayer after Kenshin Himura vows to never kill again. He uses several of his pawns to the extent that they end up dead and he kills Yumi Komagata, the woman who loves him, as she stands between him and Kenshin Himura.

[edit]- Hikari Tsukishiro (Wind: A Breath of Heart) kills the parents of Makoto and Hinata Okano and Minamo Narukaze as part of her duty as clenser of the town.
