Bold text w/ default colors for championship years adequately communicates to readers both that the team won a championship during that season, and, perhaps more importantly, that the bolded text serves as a wikilink. H:Color cautions against changing the default wikilink colors for purely aesthetic reasons. Levdr1lp / talk00:25, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree. The reason why team colors should be used in the links for championship appearance seasons and championship victory seasons is to distinguish between what seasons a team played in a championship game (and lost) and which seasons a team won a championship game. It is absolutely not purely aesthetic. It has a function and a purpose. Charlesaaronthompson (talk) 00:40, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
