We have an interesting article naming issue. There's Ray Williams (rugby player), and that name is not sufficiently different to this article for it to be a good disambiguation. However, there's also Ray Williams (rugby union), and given he played rugby union, there's no problem as far as the NZ article is concerned. The interesting issue is that both the other two Ray Williams were Welsh, they were both born in 1927, and they both died in 2014. So the confusion between the New Zealand player and the Welsh player presumably arises because a somewhat artificial disambiguation has been chosen for the two Welsh players. Any thoughts on better article names? Schwede6620:45, 2 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Based on what they are notable for, the other two could be (rugby union coach) and (rugby union player), while this article is left at (rugby league). (rugby player) could then go to (disambiguation). I see there is also Raymond Williams (rugby union), who based on the sources provided may need to go to (New Zealand rugby union) and necessitate "Welsh" being added to the first two! I reckon we should set up a dab page, and then cover the whole lot with a formal move request including "Ray" for the Raymond Kiwi. Schwede6601:13, 3 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
