My native language is Japanese so It's hard to describe by English. But I will do my best. How about that I added the category and source?―Reform1028 (talk) 08:13, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
I'm questioning the validity over the citation.
[edit]I'm questioning the validity over the citation.[1] First of all, it's obvious the article addresses Muroran curry ramen as a general name. In that case it shouldn't be given citations with particular instant noodles soled by Nissin Foods. Plus it says it's the source of the accounts, "Muroran curry ramen uses thick and curly noodles made from Hokkaido wheat" and "The curry paste is made from fruits, vegetables, spices, combined with pork bone based soup", but I can't find any Japanese which shows 'curly noodles' or 'made from fruits, vegetables, spices' or 'pork bone based soup' at all.--Akiyama(tentative) (talk) 11:48, 29 September 2015 (UTC)
- The Nissin link does indeed state that their product uses thick curly noodles made from 100% Hokkaido flour (室蘭カレーラーメンの特徴であるもっちりとした太ちぢれめん。北海道小麦100%使用。). While the Hokkaido flour bit presumably applies only to their own instant ramen product, it is a valid source for the "thick and curly noodles" statement, since it actually says that that is a characteristic of Muroran curry ramen (and not just their own product). I agree that the bit about fruit and vegetables should go, as that does not appear to be supported by the source cited. --DAJF (talk) 12:01, 29 September 2015 (UTC)
- I see you are right. I'm sorry and thank you for taking care of. --Akiyama(tentative) (talk) 13:14, 29 September 2015 (UTC)
