This article is, as clearly noted, based on the annually published Forbes listing. The methodology notes "Our list tracks the wealth of African billionaires who reside in Africa or have their primary businesses there." You are welcome to write them if you feel the methodology is inadequate. Kuru(talk)15:06, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Opening a discussion here to speak to Tri098 (talk·contribs)'s recent changes. It appears you're trying to create a novel list based on both Forbes and Bloomberg real-time indexes and randomly selecting people to be on it. This is going to quickly become original research as the two lists have different selection criteria, methods, and timing. There is not a formal list with this topic published by Bloomberg, although they will sometimes speak to it. Additionally, mixing in the real-time number as opposed to using annual figures is a mess; no one is updating this article daily and it would almost immediately be stale. Appreciate a response, but I'm not clear how converting this to your implied objective would work. Sam Kuru(talk)11:25, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
