I'm glad to see this has a Wiki article. As the person who first added it noted, the "Case of the Thorns" is a popular case to start Tort courses in American law schools (and, I imagine, most schools teaching common law). It's considered the first recorded tort case (that we know of). I will try and add to it. Bobak17:24, 20 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
