[edit]--Fmjohnson (talk) 19:56, 10 July 2012 (UTC)This is a terrible entry. The concept of a call to action is as old as direct marketing. It predates the Web by more than 100 years.

Call to action (marketing) → Call to action – WP:DIFFCAPS says that capitalization is adequate disambiguation, therefore there is no confusion between this topic and Call to Action that a hatnote can't solve. Elizium23 (talk) 17:09, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
- I was inclined to support, but after looking into the issue a bit, I think that we are missing an article on the broader concept of a call to action as a statement designed to stir listeners to take steps to address an identified problem. The article as it stands is really not even about the general concept in marketing, but only the use with reference to websites. bd2412 T 00:07, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose - same concern as User talk:BD2412, plus I am wondering if call to action (website) would be a better title for the current article. It doesn't cover call to action (fundraising) for example. A dab page call to action (disambiguation) should also include the 1976 Catholic conference Call to Action etc, plus Jimmy Carter's A Call to Action: Women, Religion, Violence, and Power 2014 book ...seriously no article? if the president had only written a vampire cowboy comic it'd have an article for sure, much more encyclopaedic ;). - Oppose "call to action" should become a disambiguation page, and also list uses for "A Call To Action" -- 65.94.40.137 (talk) 09:45, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

Plural of the abbreviation
[edit]If 'passersby' is the plural of 'passerby', should then not the plural of 'CTA' be 'CsTA'? Oliver Gramberg (talk) 14:31, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
