There is no reliable source. Unless someone provides them, this page will be disputed to be removed.

I can see that there is a claim by the ISIS regarding an activity in Azerbaijan, yet, there is no coverage of it that is reliable. I could find no source that would support that this incidence took place.

There was an attack in Dagestan (in Russia). Yet, this seems to be only a fabricated claim. If we start creating Wikipedia pages for every ISIS claim (most of which are wrong), then we start spreading their rumours.
