Qarah Su Rural District (Persian: دهستان قرهسو)[3] is in the Central District of Khoy County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Dizaj Diz.[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 17,600 in 3,531 households.[6] There were 9,977 inhabitants in 2,610 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 10,271 in 2,891 households. The most populous of its 34 villages was Seyyed Taj ol Din, with 2,612 people.[2]
