Puerto Rico competed at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico from October 14 to 30, 2011. Puerto Rico sent 250 athletes in 30 sports.[2] It was the most successful Panamerican games for Puerto Rico, going from a maximum of three gold medals to winning six in these games.
