John M. Dwyer (August 25, 1935 – September 15, 2018)[1][2] was an American set decorator.[3] He was nominated for an Academy Award in the category Best Art Direction for the film Coal Miner's Daughter, and won an Emmy Award in 1981 for The Gangster Chronicles.[4][5] He worked on nearly 70 films and television shows from 1966 to 2004.
