Jason Sanjay 01 is the tentative working title of an upcoming Indian Tamil-language film written and directed by debutant Jason Sanjay. It is produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions. The film stars Sundeep Kishan.

The film was officially announced in August 2023 without any title. However, in November 2024, the tentative title was revealed. Principal photography is yet to commence. The film has music composed by Thaman S and editing by Praveen K. L..

[edit]On 28 August 2023, Lyca Productions officially announced that Jason Sanjay, son of actor-politician Vijay, would make his directorial debut under their production.[1] Numerous actors, including Kavin Raj, Ashok Selvan and Dhruv Vikram, were reported to have been cast as the leading actor.[2][3] Reports continued throughout 2023,[4] until, the following year, Kavin confirmed that he had met with the director for one meeting, but nothing developed after that.[5] In early September, it was reported that Sundeep Kishan was in consideration as the lead actor.[6] On 29 November, his inclusion along with composer Thaman S, editor Praveen K. L., publicity designer Tuney John were announced, tentatively titled Jason Sanjay 01.[7]
