History

[edit]

In 2015, Appinventiv was founded with a team of 10 people.[2][3][4] In 2017, it was recognized with the Clutch Top Mobile App Development Company Award.[5] By 2018, the team had grown to over 400 members.[6] In the same year, they launched the Daan Sewa charity to support underprivileged communities.[7] During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Appinventiv secured several government contracts and implemented a Zero Layoff Strategy, ensuring no job losses. The company was awarded App Development Company of the Year by Entrepreneur.[8]

In 2021–2022, the company won the Best Place to Work Award from Outlook India[9] and partnered with the Ministry of Culture to promote the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, reaching over 200 million people digitally.[10][11]

By 2023, Appinventiv became an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner,[12][13] and was recognized as a Top India Growth Champion by The Economic Times.[14] They also won the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 Award for 145% revenue growth between 2021 and 2023.[15]

In December 2023, Appinventiv launched the Appinventiv Foundation, pledging INR 50 lakhs to support welfare initiatives focused on education, health, and hygiene, particularly for underprivileged communities.[16] Additionally, the foundation runs training programs for over 1000 rural women, teaching them handicraft skills to help them become self-sustaining artisans.[17]

In 2024, Appinventiv was listed among APAC's High-Growth Companies by the Financial Times.[18] They launched the Edu-Boost Scholarship Program, pledging INR 1 crore for underprivileged students, and expanded the team to over 1600 members.[19][20]
