That Wānaka Tree should include a field history information

I checked the Wikipedia article to learn how old the tree is and how it’s presence reveals information about the history of the lake and its water level. Could someone please add information about the history of the lake and its changing shoreline that explains how the tree took root? Wilkus (talk) 20:44, 23 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
