Heather Templeton Dill is an American philanthropist who is the president of the John Templeton Foundation.

Education

Templeton Dill is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's in history.[1] She attended graduate school at Villanova University earning a master's degree in American history.

Career

Prior to becoming president of the foundation in 2015, she was executive liaison to the president of the foundation under her father. She was also a trustee from 1997 to 2003 and again from 2009 to 2015.

As of 2023, the foundation had awarded more than $1 billion during her tenure as president.[2]

She is on the board of First Trust Bank Limited.[3]

Personal life

Templeton Dill is the granddaughter of Sir John Templeton and her father was Jack Templeton. She is married to Jeffrey Dill who teaches at the Templeton Honors College at Eastern University.[4][5]
