Note regarding Seraph's outside
editI take full responsibility for my actions. It does take two to tango; however, I will say that when I I'm attacked personally many many times by the same user and nothing but warnings are handed out, and nobody wants to take up the WP:DR cases that I initiated, what else do you expect me to do? Individual articles are easy to walk away from; templates are a whole other issue. Juan Miguel Fangio| ►Chat 21:44, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
- And by posting this I would bet my mortgage that a response from the other protagonist in this story is virtually certain. Attempts to establish causality will not bear fruit. Both of you have acted inappropriately (and I speculate it's been made all the easier by the impersonal nature of this forum). Let the RfC run its course for now. jddphd (talk · contribs) 23:44, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
- He should be responding, there's a whole section for him to respond. Put it this way - my previous statement should be looked at a 90% endorsement of Seraph's statment. Juan Miguel Fangio| ►Chat 23:53, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
Response to B's comments
editArticle ownership was provided in the links above, but here is the first example i can think of "....I appreciate your effort, but I think I should have gotten someone with no real interest in football, because all I was looking for was someone to help me create the template I was envisioning. This has become much more problematic than I expected.►Chris Nelson 00:26, 23 July 2007 (UTC)"
I suggested that he create another one and leave that be. Maybe you don't think this is the best way but when someone says I want to "create the template I'm envisioning", I don't know what else i should have done. It wasn't personal and in fact would have given him the liberty to do things as he saw fit (at least until other's pipped in). You say he's kept his cool for the most part, but have you really looked at it? He was warned pretty early on about NPA ([1]), trust me there is more. We are not here because of haste, but here out of necessity. Did you explore the WP:30? I fele that was pretty clear. Neither chris nor i is going anywhere, nor should we. Is it appropriate?
editTo have other's behavior considered in this RFC? Juan Miguel Fangio| ►Chat 14:29, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
- Even if mine is the behavior you're referring to, I would suspect that if it is the cause of any of the actions anybody has taken, then I would suspect that those would be allowed. Ksy92003(talk) 08:23, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- It is indeed your behavior that i am referring to. However, and I don't understand your comment. Juan Miguel Fangio| ►Chat 08:28, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- I don't believe my behavior has anything to do with the dispute between you and Chrisjnelson, but if you feel that noting it would help in any way, then I see no reason why it isn't permitted. I don't think my behavior is anything like what you think it is, nor do I think it would help resolve the conflict between you and CJ in any way, but if you think it will, then I don't think there is any reason to not allow that. - (CONTENT REMOVED by posting editor prior to any follow up) Juan Miguel Fangio| ►Chat 18:43, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- I assume you realize that the only reason I'm even doing this is because I'm pretty confident that there is nothing in regards to my behavior that you can use in any way in this RfC. Ksy92003(talk) 08:38, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
