See the also the previous 2 cases above. Bridgettttttte has added very similar OR material to talk pages as blocked user Nukeh alias Doug youvan, see e.g. [1] and [2]; and to the main article Douglas Youvan this user is working on: e.g. [3]. Crowsnest (talk) 03:06, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bridgettttttte (c.q. 24.255.133.196) started the article on Douglas Youvan, who first used the user name Nukeh (indef blocked) here, and later on Doug youvan and MsTopeka (c.q. 68.103.31.116), see the previous cases. Bridgettttttte main focus is on the mentioned article. Like Nukeh, Bridgettttttte also edits on topics related to biophysics, religion and evolution, and includes the same type of original research. The evidence as I see it is listed in the diffs below:

I have been off for a couple weeks, logged on, and found this case. More disappointment having dug through Youvan's work (my first article) to find this: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Douglas_Youvan&action=historysubmit&diff=402829601&oldid=397178493.

Why oh why do some of your editors show such an anti-Christian POV? I do live in the same part of the USA as Youvan, so what is the evidence against me? For that deleted materail, shown above, I was planning on working on better references.

What next? Can I still edit? Bridgetttttttebabblepoop 04:55, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Note this reaction is with respect to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Nukeh/Archive#18 December 2010, not on the above 7 January material. -- Crowsnest (talk) 17:11, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Bridgettttttte asked to vanish (see contributions on 3 Jan) but has returned to editing Douglas Youvan as 24.255.133.196 (talk · contribs); from the talk page remark this seems to be only a last tidy-up and not intended to deceive, but if continued user may have to be reminded that the right to vanish does not include continuing to edit the same articles as an IP. I believe this biophysicist is a living person, and while his name has been used as a username (a rather unique name) there is no Conclusive evidence that he has ever edited on Wikipedia. I would suggest that policy be changed on allowing any editor to use a real name. Anyone could take on the name of a living person and edit, write the named person's biography, become disruptive and cause a real name to be associated with unwanted behavior. A reader running into such a mess might then attribute writing to the actual person. While the intensions of the editor calling the puppet case might be well intended, he ends up defaming a living person. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.82.64.16 (talk) 02:55, 13 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the identity of the usernames Nukeh, Doug youvan and MsTopeka with Douglas Youvan: see e.g. the previous cases Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Nukeh and Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Nukeh (2nd), as well as the cached version (original has been recently deleted) of these copies of subpages on Douglas Youvan's website: [11] (http://youvan.org/AsaWikipedian.html) and [12]. -- Crowsnest (talk) 09:50, 13 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Repeated edits proclaiming the brilliance of Douglas Youvan; fierce attacks and assertions that a "notability" tag constitutes libel; removal of "notability" tag from Youvan article, ad hominem attacks on other editors for questioning the wonderfulness of Douglas Youvan. From the contributions, this appears to be a static IP. This edit from it is signed "Doug Youvan". Earlier in this case it was noted (see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Nukeh/Archive#07 January 2011 that user Bridgettttttte (talk · contribs), who had asked to vanish, had returned to edit from this IP; the matter was dropped then, because it all went quiet for a time.
