I find it curious that a new editor who has made mainly random minor edits before would vote on WP:Articles for deletion/Tangiers International. The article Tangiers International was created by TravelLover81, who has a similar behavioral pattern of random minor edits, plus creating the one article.

Also, I've noticed that someone is offering money to get this article published [1].

A previously deleted version of this article was created by a now-blocked sockpuppet user User_talk:Jetijonez#Proposed_deletion_of_Tangiers_International. Logical Cowboy (talk) 16:00, 26 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Same behavior as previous socks--new account making a small number of edits then acting on an article that was brought up for deletion. This account deleted a PROD for an article created by CastleKing1440, who is blocked for voting on an article that was created by another sock. Combined from second report —DoRD (talk) 01:50, 4 December 2012 (UTC) Same behavior as previous socks--new account making a small number of edits then acting on an article that was brought up for deletion. This account is doing just what blocked sock CastleKing1440 did, on the same article in fact (which is likely a paid article). Logical Cowboy (talk) 21:45, 3 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Same behavioral pattern as other socks. Create one article amidst several minor edits. Created Kickrest article which is paid article contracted on this site [3] along with other creations by the sockmaster. Logical Cowboy (talk) 03:21, 9 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

And suggest merging with WP:Sockpuppet_investigations/Bamanh27. It all comes from the same elance account. Logical Cowboy (talk) 03:42, 9 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Editor shows same behavioral pattern (small number of minor edits plus one article creation as other socks). Paid article was contracted on same Elance page as other articles by CastleKing1400 (URL available). Suggest looking at WP:Sockpuppet_investigations/Bamanh27 as well for same behavioral pattern and indeed same elance source. See especially comments by Bilby on 19 Aug for behavioral pattern. Logical Cowboy (talk) 14:31, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I should add the article itself GMO CLOUD K.K. was already speedied (thank you). Logical Cowboy (talk) 14:41, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • I have found striking connections between this account's editing and editing by other accounts of this sockpuppeteer. I will not quote details, for WP:BEANS reasons, but I have blocked the account. In view of this person's extended history of sockpuppetry, a checkuser would be welcome, in case of possible sleepers and/or undetected active accounts. •   Check declined by a checkuser - Unfortunately, CU isn't possible as the account is   Stale. —DoRD (talk) 15:10, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In response to Elance advert [4] one article was edited [5] [6] for jewelry company and another article was created for the company's founder [7].

It is highly unlikely that "new" editors would be making such edits. The blocked socks are from the same paid editor account on Elance, see, e.g., [8].

The blocked socks have the same pattern of editing--make a few minor edits, create or edit the target (paid) article. make a few more minor edits, disappear. E.g., [9] [10]. Logical Cowboy (talk) 15:55, 7 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

behavioral match to other socks--"new" account does a small number of minor unrelated edits, then creates a whole promotional article. See [11] and blocked sock [12]. AmericanHeartand created the article BookRenter [13] with owner Colin Barceloux. Blocked paid editor sock RainyDayMondays created the Colin Barceloux article [14] citing BookRenter. • Similar writing style and other behaviors are enough to call this an obvious sock. Blocked, and his spammy article deleted. Way too old to check for other accounts off him, though. Someguy1221 (talk) 00:04, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Recreates page Terry Paulson that was previously created by blocked sock User:SandLover2013. Similar pattern of edits--new account has minor edits followed by creating a whole, spammy page de novo. Account name (including USA) is similar to other sock names mentioning America. Logical Cowboy (talk) 14:07, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Similar name as User:EllaJazz 77 and similar pattern of edits--one spammy article Patrick Hanlon created de novo in the middle of minor edits. Same behavioral pattern as other socks, e.g. "new" account makes several minor edits then creates whole article. In this case, the two inter-related ticles BookRenter.com and Colin Barceloux are recreations of articles created by blocked socks User:AmericanHeartand and User:RainyDayMondays, respectively. • Got a bit of a mess here, let me lay out what CU can say, the rest of it will have to be judged on behaviour. At least three separate batches of socks here. Each batch is fully   Confirmed to match the rest in the given batch:
Batch 1
Batch 2
Batch 3
  • Batch 2 is just a series of VOA's that got caught up in the CU search, I'm going to block them shortly as such and I think they can be set aside. Batch 1 and 3 are the reported accounts, and are not technically related to each other. Courcelles 04:53, 22 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked editor was paid by Hunter to edit Hunter Industries. Elance link is easily found but I can provide a link. "New" account was created for this purpose, first making several minor edits like other socks. Logical Cowboy (talk) 21:43, 30 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please refer to this case Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Bamanh27.Then as Castleking and now. Please add in Long term definitely going to continue as the user has been paid for more articles. The ad mentioned above for Hunter Industries is here.Pharaoh of the Wizards (talk) 08:50, 31 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Recreates page Terry L. Paulson that was previously created, sans middle initial, by blocked socks User:USA Carrier Guy and User:SandLover2013. Note similar name to the latter, and indeed there are several Lover names among the socks. Similar pattern of edits--new account has minor edits followed by creating a whole, spammy page de novo.
