294 (an account not an IP) uploaded File:Hugo Banzer 1974.png. After I tagged this as replaceable fair use, Gary Blue87, a brand new account which falsely claims to be an administrator on their userpage, attempted to close the discussion as kept [1]. January (talk) 05:45, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Account with a misleading username caught in an autoblock of a username-hardblocked account - seems to be something related to usernames going on here, which made me wonder if there's a connection to similarly-named AgentBlue87 (talk · contribs) making this strange WP:UAA report on User:Trust Is All You Need, who 294 has been in a dispute with [2].
