A polemical and confrontational user-page of a declared retired user and editor not of good standing, according to WP:UP#POLEMIC and WP:NOT#SOAP. -- KC9TV 20:04, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose per WP:UP#DELETE. While the user page does take a certain political standpoint, we do allow users considerable leeway on what that put on their userpage. In this case, there's nothing extreme enough to warrant deletion and the users disappearance is quite recent. I would suggest e-mailing the user. • Oppose per WP:UP#DELETE this page does not contain any copyright violations, it is not an attack page and doesn't contain promotional text. Mo ainm~Talk 20:17, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per others. No policy-based reason to support third-party deletion or removal of its content. Instead, evidence of partisan dispute between nominator and the nominated page's content or user whose page it is. DMacks (talk) 21:18, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support, per nom. Jon C. 09:13, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per WP:UP#DELETE. The page does have views, of persons other than the user. "A declared retired editor and user", being nominaterd by a declared temporary inactive one. "not of good standing" please show this point, currently not blocked or banned (not since 2010). Murry1975 (talk) 10:59, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose per WP:UP#DELETE. Also, Wikipedia is not censored. Snappy (talk) 20:54, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move to user sub page - The page text is copy of text from others, but text is old (pre 1900) and likely in the public domain/out of copyright. The quotes are not connected to any Wikipedia or directed at any person as far as I can tell --> I don't see any polemical and confrontational text. The user received many blocks,[1] but I'm not sure if that means not presently in good standing. The user page does not relate the text to Domer48's Wikipedia work and activities, so it seems more in the nature of a personal essay. Everything below "This user is no longer active on Wikipedia" should be moved to a sub user page, such as User:Domer48/Hominem, and tagged at the top with {{essay}}. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 04:32, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
