I'm in no mood to have to defend the parody in my good intentions. For those who stumble upon this, the template expanded on the concept of missing citations in an explicit and forward manner; going to far as to demand their presence. This nearly manifested in the same fashion as the acronym RTFM in that RTFM is read as "read the manual"; nearly so as I had the temerity to leave the conventionally unspoken said. To those who might miss the humor in this, you have my pity. Xenomancer (talk) 23:29, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
Help me write an article?
editHello, I saw your name on the WikiProject Chemical Engineering page, and I was wondering if you'd be willing to help me with Mixing (process engineering). It still needs a lot of work, including citations, but I think it deserves the attention of the people in the project. Also, please comment on the merger I've proposed with industrial mixer. Thanks!RSido (talk) 03:16, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
Please review this article
editHello! I have done a substantial rewrite of the Geiger-Marsden experiment article and would like to have it assessed. I submitted it for peer review but nobody took notice. Nobody ever takes notice. I am resorting to directly contacting Wikipedians with a background in physics. If you have the time, would you care to review this article, and tell me if it is worthy of being featured on the Main Page? Kurzon (talk) 16:45, 11 August 2014 (UTC)
A barnstar for you!

Thank you! I was really impressed by the constructive and non-acrimonious tone and contributions from everyone involved in the recent AFD discussion on the Alliance of Women Directors article. What could have been—with the wrong editors involved—a very nasty debate, turned into a very positive discussion. Even editors who strongly felt that the article should be deleted worked hard to find sources and fix problems with it. This is the kind of positive collaboration people don't hear a lot about in Wikipedia-land and I'd like to recognize it. Carl Henderson (talk) 19:56, 3 April 2015 (UTC) |
