Hi McGeddon,

I don't believe it's spam, the link is relevant and does add value to the Wikipedia file, did you checked the url before marking it as spam?

Yes, I checked the URL. That you happen to think the same link is the most relevant thing to add to dozens of pages (sometimes with multiple links) suggests that you are perhaps not being entirely neutral about choosing the best link for each page. Giving a full line of blurb about how the website is "Independent source of information for those seeking a better understanding, new insights in and knowledge of [place] and the Middle East region" seems promotional.
If you think you've found an amazing informative resource that needs to linked from every article about Western Asia, try suggesting this at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Western_Asia. --McGeddon (talk) 15:30, 3 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, your advise is most useful.

I support the Fanack Foundation and know a couple of its editors in Egypt and Palestine personally. I do believe the website adds value to Wikipedia but you're right I should have made the contribution sound less promotional. I will follow your advise and check your link and will only add future links with article names instead and/or contribute to the WIKI articles.
