This page is malicious and bad faith. Create a proper page if you like, otherwise I will request a block. Marskell 14:46, 24 September 2005 (UTC)
- I would like to have the opportunity to change my user page, and perhaps to participate usefully in Wikipedia editing.
- Please could someone explain why my user page has been changed, and replaced with a picture of a sock puppet? I do not understand what this is supposed to mean, nor do I feel this is particularly mature. Could someone please explain what this is, and why it was done?
- I feel that this sort of behaviour on my user page is unacceptable.
- I am more than slightly offended that this childish image has been plastered all over my user page, and that further, I have no way of removing it as I am now blocked.
- I do not see my behaviour as stalking Gordon Watts. If you reread my article about Gordon, you will see it said nothing malicious. If describing an individual is the same as stalking them, then surely every editor who wrote an article about a living person could be described as stalking them.

- Is this how all new editors to wikipedia are treated? Shouldn't you guys have some sort of policy about welcoming newcomers. I'm sure this would be of use in attracting new members. The way I have been treated, with a childish image plastered all over my talk page, it seems you wish to do the opposite. Richardharrison 15:06, 24 September 2005 (UTC)
- I include the article again below. (If you feel it needs deleting from this page, then do so, but please do not remove my comments above):
You appear to be to be creating an account(s) for the sole purpose of talking about another user and providing a gateway to your site. It's not a fan site—it is sarcastic ridicule. And this does appear to be a sockpuppet because another user was blocked for identical behaviour yesterday. Have nothing to do with GordonWatts, make useful contributions and people will assume your good faith. Marskell 18:04, 24 September 2005 (UTC)
