Accounts are not deleted - you can simply stop using it. You may blank anything from your user talk page (with limited exceptions explained at WP:BLANKING, none of which apply here), but the history is retained for the record - see WP:DELTALK.

If you want more than that, and you are leaving Wikipedia permanently, see Wikipedia:Courtesy vanishing for what you can do.

But don't leave just because you encountered some incivility. That happens, regrettably, but the best way to treat it is to ignore it and move on. Wikipedia:Civility and Wikipedia:Assume good faith are generally accepted policy and guideline, and though enforcement is sometimes problematic you saw at ANI that others told the IP that his/her conduct was unacceptable.
