Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Juliette Gordon Low, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page James E. West. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I've had fun writing it too, though initially it was a bugger to get off the ground, thanks to Wikipedia's paranoia about internet culture. Serendipodous 08:32, 17 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Out of courtesy

edit

Out of courtesy I thought I'd let you know I undid your edit to the chernobyl accident page. I wrote the section, so may be a tad biased, but from what I've read, the issue of the number of abortions after the accident, is treated with far more notability by the medical community and apparently even the IAEA themselves, that I think it clearly necessitates that any scholarly discussion on the accident should have the "mutation worries->abortion requests" dimension to the accident, to receive its fair dues, specifically that is, to place the information closer to the top of the article, and not to bury it way down in the page, where the page is interspered with terribly researched claptrap and therefore again, it does not belong.

If you disagree, I'd be more than willing to be persuaded on the talk page of the article if you feel you have a good reason for the move, that your edit resulted in?
