Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Meme. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. The large amount of text on "nutraceuticals" you added was not particularly relevant to the "meme" article, even though it occasionally used the word "meme". The text seemed to be awkwardly shoehorned into the article, and did not look like it really belonged there. Please try to avoid adding largely irrelevant information to articles in the future.
