your Vandalism of en.wiki Rotary_International pages

edit

note to CeeGee

you added Members just to 'hide the others' as does the fucking Rotary and of course you deleted the only Democrat member of the Rotary, Dianne Feinstein

Wikipedia is not a fucking Rotary propaganda media !!!

you should mention that you are a Rotary Member before banging my work on Rotary Honorary Members

I do not have a problem if you list all the Rotary famous, instead of to let "and many others". all wiki readers understand that you want to hide Pinochet and Bush among the poor guys.

By the way, I have a political assault here in France with Pierre Lellouche, for the defense of public services (like health and education, financed in France by progressive imposition of the revenues) Lellouche conservative deputy of the Nation, and Lellouche gave conferences for Rotary Turkey. Are you related to Lellouche ?

"Ceegee", I do not mind that you place a full list of conservative criminals But please let Pinochet and Bush at the first place. Bush is now under an impeachment (if you understand what Impeachment is) process in USA. Before Nixon, I think it is a good Rotarian example.

If I remark some international banging of my Rotarian critic, I'll make an official claim about you on Wiki.

Vandalism of Turkish Music Pages

edit

Some people are trying to falsely promote Arabic culture by vandalising Turkish music pages or a Greek guy just trying to say Turkish culture is sub-standard, of artists such as Tarkan, Sezen Aksu, Sertab and Mustafa Sandal by trying to create a whole new category of music in Turkish when no musicologist or encyclopedia verifies this - namely the "category" Arabesque-pop music. Please check the history - I have tried to fix it but the culprit still keeps reverting. He also tries to place Turksh pop performers as part of this fake genre. Arabesque music with pop influence is called Arabsque-fantazi (Fantasy) and none of the pop musicians named above are categorised in the fanatsy genre of Arabesque music. Check out the vandal's contributions [1] and you'll see what I mean. 82.145.231.188 14:27, 19 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hey Jude lyrics

edit

I noticed you added and later removed the lyrics to the song. While you removed them, I just thought I'd let you know that including the lyrics to songs on Wikipedia is a copyright infringement. Doing so means we have to go through a tangled process of cleaning out the violations from the page history (as the copyright owner still has a case against us as long as the lyrics are in the page history). Just thought I'd let you know, and have a nice day. Johnleemk | Talk 18:33, 26 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Minister President of Turkey

What's up with this phrasing for prime ministers of Turkey? I've only ever heard them called prime ministers, and that's how they are referred to on official websites. Everyking 17:25, 3 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Article Licensing

edit

Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) v1.0 and v2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 2000 Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:

To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:

Option 1
I agree to multi-license all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual

OR

Option 2
I agree to multi-license all my contributions to any U.S. state, county, or city article as described below:
DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual

Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace "DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual" with "MultiLicensePD". If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. Please let me know what you think at my talk page. It's important to know either way so no one keeps asking. -- Ram-Man (comment| talk)

Turkish Navy shipnames

edit

Hi! Can you help me get the names of US Navy ships transferred to Turkey right? For instance, did USS Thornback (SS-418) become TCG Uluç Ali Reis or Uluçalireis (S-338)? I've got sources both ways [2], [3]. The latter bills itself as unofficial but it is Turkish. It seemed odd to run the words together. The navy's official site, doesn't seem to have a list of all past ships, but it does have some names in that form, e.g., TCG HIZIRREİS (S-342).

—wwoods 21

Ok. I can try it since I have friends as retired high navy officers. Please give me some time. CeeGee 18:23, Dec 13, 2004 (UTC)
Asked a friend of mine, a retired admiral, I have been told that the ship names of the Turkish navy are being written as one word, i.e. TCG Uluçalireis. This is for your information. My friend has a book of navy ships, which he promised me to lend. I will give you details then. CeeGee 21:13, Dec 22, 2004 (UTC)

Thanks, I'll go through them and change them. By the way, I can figure out the source of some of the names, like Piri Reis and Çanakkale, but there have been three subs named Birinci İnönü and three more named İkinci İnönü. Are they all named for İsmet İnönü, or are there two İnönüs, or what? —wwoods 20:50, 6 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Hi, Birinci İnönü (First Inönü) and İkinci İnönü (Second Inönü) are the names of the battles during the Turkish War of Independence. İnönü is the name of the battlefield. At that time, Turks did not use family names but the name of their father. As the victorious commander of the two battles, İsmet Paşa (Ismet Pasha) has been named "İnönü" by the Turkish Grand National Assembly after the acceptance of the family name act. So, the 1st and 2nd Inonu relate to the battles, not to Ismet Inönü. CeeGee 20:07, Jan 7, 2005 (UTC)

CeeGee, the achievements of the Turkey national team do not belong on the TFF page. The World Cup and Euro performance can be found on the national team page, and if you want Olympic info there, modify that article. Dryazan 21:02, 16 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Emphasizing supercentenarians among centenarians

Hi,

you added a VfD tag to List of Chiefs of the Turkish General Staff (NB: please don't replace the whole page with the VfD tag - just put it in the header), but you forgot to actually create the VfD page which explains why you think it should be deleted. Example:

Vfd

In this case, I would follow the red link and put a reason on that page explaining why I think the page "CeeGee" should be deleted. Only if you do this for your article, the process can follow through to a conclusion. I have removed the VfD tag for now.--Eloquence* 01:47, Mar 20, 2005 (UTC)

A reader can click on the links provided to find out more details. My concern is that entries in the sidebar should be as short and to the point as possible. Imagine how the sidebar would get unmanageably big if, say, we had entries such as "May 15: Boxing: Joe Bloggs v John Smith at Madison Square Gardens" - or any other elongated place name.

Of course, for some of them, the venue is clearer - "Barcelona Grand Prix" will be at Barcelona, say - but for others, let users click on the links to find more details, jguk 22:26, 23 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Hello Aozan,

Bad people are everywhere. Well, for myself I prefer to utilize my tiny free time to contribute to Turkey related articles, which are really few compared with the ones of other countries'. I guess Wikipedia's NPOV principal is strong enough to protect articles, including Turkey related ones from defamation of people affected by Schizophrenia. To my opinion, it is a matter of time. Moreover, Wikipedia's admins are also always on duty to protect articles from vandals.

I would suggest you to create and edit articles about Turkey as much as possible so that everyone who is interested can be enlightened.

You can contact me whenever you like to share ideas about projects on creating articles. CeeGee 15:36, Jun 17, 2005 (UTC)

Did you ask me to remove it? Or, did you tell me the reason why you are doing so? Wanna know whether you are the rule setter? CeeGee 16:23, August 13, 2005 (UTC)

first of all I'm writing the following on the presumption that you can understand turkish, if this is not the case tell me and i will rewrite in english: adı geçen makalede bir paragrafta anlatım bozukluğu vardı. bunun sebebi de google'dan bakınca gördüğüm üzere bu paragrafın Boston Globe'taki bir makaleden kes-yapıştır alıntı olması idi. Copyright'lı materyalın wikipedia'da olması yanlış ---hatta bazı durumlarda yasadışı---. bu paragrafı yazıdan çıkardım ve durumu açıklaayn yazıyı TalkPage'a koydum.

Did you ask me to remove it?

Or, did you tell me the reason why you are doing so?

TalkPage'e yazdım ki herkes görsün. benden tecrübeli bir kullanıcı olarak muhtemelen zaten bildiğine göe wikipedia'daki teamül böyle.

Wanna know whether you are the rule setter?

--Calm 11:11, 15 August 2005 (UTC)

CeeGee 19:25, August 15, 2005 (UTC)

Hi, and thanks for leaving me a note about this article. As I see it, the only source cited on this article is the official website. This is a primary source and as such may well be subject to bias and innaccuracy. This makes it unsuitable as the only source for an article. If there are other sources which support the assertions made in the article and which appear in credible publications that are not primary sources, then these should be added. Hi Panonian. The term "elayet" was not known to me so far. In Turkish, we use the word "eyalet" meaning province. However, as I checked Google, I encountered the word "elayet" almost only in conjunction with Temeşvar. Maybe it is a regional misuse of the word eyalet in the past.

Anyway, in Turkish spoken Google, I found "Temeşvar Eyaleti". There is no "Temeşvar Beylerbeyliği". I will contact Denisutku who added that Turkish calling, to change it. CeeGee 12:35, 12 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Image Tagging Image:CemalGürsel.jpg

edit

This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:CemalGürsel.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use GFDL to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Propaganda deletion and edits by Rotarian CeeGee about english wiki on Rotary Club

edit

on the link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotary_International

IRRELEVANT EDIT BY User:PierreLarcin2 To User:PierreLarcin2: It seems that you are mistaking Wikipedia for a place for your own hatred against Rotary. Even though it may be possible that some people, who have been once elected honorary member to Rotary, have no clean slate, the right place is in his own biography and not the article Rotary.

So, I will delete now once again the part you added on 23:43, February 12, 2006. Because, what you do, is pure vandalizing. This is to inform you that in case of your repeated action I will report you to a sysop. CeeGee 19:45, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

PROPAGANDA DELETION AND EDIT BY ROTARIAN User:CeeGee

Sorry my dear CeeGee, I think you are now unveiled. the claim is already done by me against you, Rotarian, and in charge of Wikipedia helpdesk since some hours, they will gently inquiry, and due to the facts, I do not doubt about the issue. I am sorry : you"re catched.

I do not give importance at all to inserting a critic in your "enlarged list" of Rotarian, and you're importantwhat I did : it was just a way to show what Rotarians do. Be sure we will publish that critic, maybe under some TRIVIA section, and all your Rotarian pression will serve for nothing. Wiki resisted already for manipulation of politicians biography recently, be sure we will about Rotary pro's and Rotary contra's. They are now aware, and that was the purpose.

It seems that you are aware, no, of my claim ? You seem so angry. You'll better loose this negative behavior. You seem dangerous. Violent. Turkey is a BIG friend for military in Eastern Europe, no ? Turkish government is so... violent. You remember the recent contests ? The sustain of war against Armenians, against Kurds, and now against Iraki people ?

Are you nationalist, CeeGee ? It seems that you give interests in your contribution for military and nationalism on Wiki, no ? No word in your texts on Turkish slaughter of Armenians ? No on violation of Human Rights in Turkey ? You are not aware of that, reading Wikipedia. Sorry. Oh yes : I remember : you do silence and commiseration as you did in my warnings in your User:CeeGee Wiki page.

Sorry to disturb you with my "crap" (see above). I am a crap, maybe, but I pretend to ask to people to think. And that"s why it is over for propaganda here.

You catched, indeed : this place is not the place for a Rotarian to speak about Rotary. By the way, I have no hate about Rotary and I do not have to justify this calomny. If you have something to say, say it here and now.

It is exact that I know Rotarians who had bad behaviours, specially going to public schools to 'help' girls, if you see what I mean, but I am not personnally concerned. That is just Rotary, and I combat all the Rotary bad behaviors. Rotarian criminals do always the same : difficult to proof anything, behaviors just in the limits of the law, abuse of power, hijacking of law caracteristics, just like Pinochet did. So... Pinochet will die... who cares about his prison ? What he did speaks for him, and for his Rotarian friends, his American friends, his violent friends. He is condemned by his acts, just like Rotary if Rotary does bad actions...

So here is my conclusion : your calomny (my hate, my crap) against me does not change anything to what Rotary is...

I hate what Rotary did and does (dialog with nazi parti at the Hitler times, see German Wiki on Rotary), not what Rotary is : sustain Georges Bush 'as Honorary Rotarian' a war against a nation without United Nations agreement (crime against peace following -ALL- U.N. General Assembly resolutions), while claiming that Rotary contributed to United Nations, is a least a paradox, or more simply : a lie... I hate that Rotary still now promotes Charles Lindbergh as Honorary Rotarian, because Lindbergh was a proofed antisemist... and a support of the Nazi military expansion : this American pilot even tested the military nazi aircraft Messerchmitt BF-109 !!! Who killed so many Allied soldiers in the world !!! And you Rotary promote him as a Famous Rotarian !!!!

Another big error in your conservative Rotarian texts was to promote General Pinochet, without considering that, OUTSIDE CONSERVATIVE CIRCLES IN UNITED STATES AND OUTSIDE WESTERN EUROPE, Pinochet is simply a criminal who made laws to protect his own conservative actions : killing by ordering shooting of more than 113 opponents, participating in the Condor Plan. The rest of the world exist, and think. And Wiki is present just for that : register, archive, inform and allow to think. See Wiki for more information...

A last nail in your propaganda : George Bush gracied Rotarian who had led to bankrupt a retreaty fund for old pensioned people. More info in next wiki -subchapter- adding...

Rotary speaks itself by its own past about Rotary. Wiki will CERTAINLY find a way to publish that, some TRIVIA subsection, why not ? I do not care.. You can bet on that, CeeGee, and they can all bet in the same way, all the Rotarians trying to hide some parts of the facts...

It is symptomatic that you Rotarians pulled several same texts on Rotary sites, FreeEncyclopedia and Rotarian sites.

Your error, Rotarians, was to mention as Honorary Rotarians, and to FORGET Tom DeLay and Jesse Helms : pure conservative members of the House...

I will kindly ask to Wiki community a section here under Rotary_International for conference authors of Rotary : Wernher von Braun, ex-SS, and Ron Hubbard, in the old Rotarian Racist Rhodesia.

I will gently and constantly pull up a site to demonstrate that Rotary aid to Governments for health, education, diseases avoids these Government to pay money for these public mandatory actions, and to use this money to pay WEAPONS, under the control of Rotarian members of public institutions.

My dear : Rotary is what Rotary does, not what Rotary says about Rotary.

Pierre Larcin, Lille, France - best wiki salutations

By the way, do not speak about Dianne Feinstein as a Democrat. ALL politicians sustained by Rotary are ALL conservatives : she is not REALLY considered as a true democrat, you know. If you read Wiki, you can simply make that deduction.

Re: Turkish literature peer review

Hello. I've noticed that you have an interest in Turkish culture, and that is why I am leaving you a message. I have recently entirely rewritten the Turkish literature article with a view to getting it up to Featured Article status, and have placed the article up for peer review. If you could possibly take the time to look at and review the article, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, thank you for taking the time to read this message. Hi Saposcat. Thanks a lot for your confidence in me. I will read your article and do my best if I can detect something incorrect or missing. However, note that I am a technician and not an expert in literature like you maybe. As I could see you did a great job to rewrite the topic and to upgrade it to real wikipedia level. Thanks so much for your efforts. CeeGee 19:39, 6 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for agreeing to have a look at the article; I greatly appreciate it. I'm looking mainly for any advice about organization and/or Featured Article criteria, since I'm quite confident on the article's accuracy of information (though of course, very much is missing, as is to be expected in a general overview of the literature of an entire tradition). Also, I have placed the article up, as a self-nomination, on Wikipedia's good articles section. Thanks again for agreeing to take a look, and for your compliments. I appreciate it. infobox shopping mall

edit

There's currently some formatting problems (spacing, image sizing, etc.) with the new template, so I'm going to revert them to the older (and working) template for the time being, until the appropriate fixes can be made. I'll be re-adding your new parameters when i can get those fixes done.

Cheers, --Madchester 18:03, 25 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

And just a suggestion, you shouldn't be adding the mall addresses into the article in such a manner. Remember, Wikipedia isn't like the Yellow Pages or some advertisement. See WP:NOT#Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information, Point 7. --Madchester 18:06, 25 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'm not "hating" on your changes or anything. While the chnanges look great for the new Istanbul mall articles that you've created, they've created serious formatting problems to existing mall articles containing the infoboxes. In Wikipedia, it's important that templates can serve all the articles that they are used in. So please let me make the approrpiate fixes to the existing infobox to incorproate your new parameters. I'm making sure that your new parameters will work across all mall and shopping centre articles, period. Don't create a new template/infobox altogther, since it is completely superfluous. --Madchester 18:14, 25 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Once again, please do not create a 2nd template infobox for shopping malls/centres, when there is already an existing template for doing so. As I stated previously, infoboxes should function such that all articles can utilize them. They aren't designed, just to be tailored to the articles that you created on your own. There's several problems with your template:

 • Spacing and image formatting problems... (as earlier indicated by User:Getcrunk [5]
 • The retail floor space guidelines are too rigid and limited in SI units (m²). I've been to shopping malls in Califronia that combined indoor and outdoor retail areas. Also, places like the United States only usse sq. feet when describing floor area.
 • Number of parking spaces available is misleading. For example, many shopping malls in East Asia lack parking spaces, since they are primarily served by mass public transit. However, it can still serve many millions of customers a year.
 • Likewise, not all shopping malls contain a supermarket or market. Again, you have to take global retail considerations into account.

Disrupting Wikipedia just to make a point (i.e., creating a personalized template) is not tolerated and can warrant a block, per WP: Blocking policy - Disrpution. Nor is accusing someone of vandalism ([6], [7], etc.), when I'm trying to improve the existing template, with some of the parameters that you brought up. I would recommend working towards consenus on the existing template. Cheers, --Madchester 21:21, 25 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Templates about Prime Ministers and Presidents of Turkey

edit

Hi, I realize that you added the coat of arms related to a.m. templates. Fine! However, I can not understand why you changed the heading color from red to ice-blue. Is there a procedure also for that? If not, maybe you can revert the color by yourself. Thanks. Besides, I had already mentioned that we, members in the Turkey project, waste time to make unnecessary modifications to the work of people made by wikipedians in this project, instead of creating or extending articles. CeeGee 18:59, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

It isn't so much as a procedure but more about consistancy.
I relise red and white are the official colors of Turkey but if you take a look at similar templates you will see they are all ice blue. Consider template:USpresidents, Template:CanPM, Template:Cabinet of Canada, Template:Prime Minister of Canada see also for example, the colors of the US gov is blue red and white but we do not see it in the template
The templates you created were decent. All I am doing is honoring your hard work with my attempts to 'perfect' it more.
Hope this helps. --Cat out 23:46, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

It seems that you failed to check your own reference. Please see Canada, Mexico etc. under your reference. They are bolded. CeeGee 20:45, 25 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure what you're referring to. Please provide a link. I don't see anywhere that says countries should be bolded, and as mentioned before, the vast majority of airline articles do not have them bolded. We are working on a standard for every single destination in the world, but it's not complete. Nevertheless, it doesn't call for bolded country names. Also, please reply to the topic under the category on my talk page. I moved it to "civilized discussions" since this qualified as one. Dbinder 20:53, 25 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

A little help in a Turkish issue?

edit

Merhaba

I thought to approach you by email instead of leaving a message at your userpage but I found you have not specified any email address here. So I tell my problem here then though it is not related to wikipedia but is related to Turkish history

I am a Hungarian about to start writing my thesis in English about the relations between England and Turkey during Atatürk's lifetime, a period I am most interested in conserning the history of Turkey, and I am going to Istanbul and Ankara in July to do some research work on the topic, and for this I need to fill in an application form that requires listing some of the documents I want to have a look at. The problem is I would need their name. Can you help me suggesting a few documents to consult (in Turkish)? 2-3 is enough. I thought of documents of the Disisler Bakanligi, for example any official notes about the Lausanne conference, or other major conferences/meetings between Turkish and british officials, and books about the life of Atatürk and Ismet Inönü, but I need books that are academically accepted and not just popularized semi-history books because my supervisor is a genius in history and would immediately spot any tiny failures... :D I speak some Turkish (well, somewhere around pre-intermediate level) but I thought to approach you in english for this is the english wikipedia here.

If you could help me a little with these documents I'd be most grateful. Yardiminiz icin tesekkür ederim.

Sevgilerimle, saygilarimla,

Timea

Image Tagging for Image:AnastasianWall.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:AnastasianWall.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

License tagging for Image:DenizbankLogo.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:DenizbankLogo.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:08, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

My bad, it's just that an anon recently deleted that bit, so I just re-added it as they didn't provide any explanation. Sorry about that. Cheers. —Khoikhoi 16:49, 5 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

I just made some changes to punctuation, grammar, etc to your article here. Let me know what you think. I hope we can get more articles about all aspects of Turkey. Interlingua talk 00:04, 18 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi User:Interlingua. Well done! Thanks a lot for your efforts. Keep on correcting! I appreciate it. CeeGee 15:26, 18 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Recent changes

edit

Hello - a relatively new editor made some changes to Celal Bayar today.[11] Among those changes, they removed all the categories on the article. I am assuming that was an honest mistake so I added those categories back and left a note for the user. In the same edits, they also changed the information about where Celal Bayer is from. I am requesting that someone more familiar with the topic please check and see if these changes were also in error, or if they are actually correct. Johntex\talk 19:58, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

 • OK thank you for checking into it and fixing the problem. I have warned the user against vandalism. He seems to be a teenager who is treating this like some sort of game or just a place to meet people. He claims to be the cousin of a more established user, so I also left that person a note asking if they can help modify the problem user's behaviour. Best, Johntex\talk 13:40, 6 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Turkey

edit

Hi, Can you keep an eye on the Turkey article? Some anti-Turkish chauvanists are trying to insert some extremely POV sentences about Turkey's history on there, concerning armenians, the cyprus operation etc. This has been going on for some time now. Thank you.--Kilhan 17:08, 8 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'd suggest reporting him to WP:AN/I for personal attacks, uncivil behaviour, repeatedly reverting without explanation and possibly even using sockpuppets (not sure, he might have forgotten to log in and that's why he had used IPs). The Turkish name is perfectly acceptable and even required (the town has a Turkish majority) for many reasons. TodorBozhinov 18:04, 13 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi Bozhinov. This is exactly my opinion too. It is pity that we waste valuable time by edit wars and reverts instead of concentrating on contribution to wikipedia. I would appreciate your reporting him. Thanks and regards. CeeGee 19:33, 13 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Image Tagging for Image:TBMM coat of arms.png

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:TBMM coat of arms.png. However, the copyright tag you've used is deprecated or obsolete, and should not be used. This could be because the tag is inaccurate or misleading, or because it does not adequately specify the copyright status of the image. AfD Nomination: List of Turkish billiards players

edit

I've nominated the article List of Turkish billiards players for deletion under the Articles for deletion process. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that List of Turkish billiards players satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. I have explained why in the nomination space (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Turkish billiards players. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them. You are free to edit the content of List of Turkish billiards players during the discussion, but please do not remove the "Articles for Deletion" template (the box at the top). Doing so will not end the discussion. Sandstein 04:31, 27 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Which article did I tag that you are referring to? I tag a lot of articles and I am unfortunately not psychic. (|-- UlTiMuS ( UTC | ME ) 13:03, 13 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

My bad. You put it in the heading. (|-- UlTiMuS ( UTC | ME ) 13:03, 13 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
That's a good start, but it would be much more helpful if you added the references right into the article according to WP:REF. Once this is done, feel free to remove the referencing tag. (|-- UlTiMuS ( UTC | ME ) 13:05, 13 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Kolay gelsin. İyi çalışmalar.--Absar 16:10, 19 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello, when you want to link to the article about something Persian, please do not link to Persian, as that is a disambiguation page (which nothing should be linked to). Instead link to the one of the options found on that page such as Persian people, Persian language, or Iran, by writing out Persian or Persian.
