You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:

Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a minimum number of days and made a minimum number of edits.

If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (94.178.235.125) is used to identify you instead.

I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Advice

edit

Hey! Even though CaradhrasAiguo has been blocked for a week now, I still wanted to give you a quick word of advice. When an editor reverts your edit because they disagree, simply reverting them again and again isn't helpful. Even though you are allowed to make 3 reverts per article per 24 hours, I like to restrict myself to 1 revert per 24 hours (like many editors do), and I suggest you do too. If someone disagrees with your edit, simply iniate a conversation on the article's talk page and try to create consensus for your edit. That saves everyone a lot of fighting  . Happy editing!
