Edit summaries, sources, edit warring, etc.

Hi - I'm Girth Summit, an administrator here. I've been taking a look at your recent edits, and there are a few pointers I'd like to give you.

• If somebody reverts one of your edits, you shouldn't reinstate it - you should start a section on the talk page to discuss it in a friendly, collegiate manner. Please confirm that you will stop doing that.
• Edit summaries like this one are never appropriate. Edit summaries aren't there for communicating with other editors - that's what talk pages are for - edit summaries are there so you can explain what change you are making, and why. Please confirm that you will not leave edit summaries like that again.
• Here you are changing the subject's height and date of birth. I can't actually see a source for either of these in the article, and I'm not sure which number is correct. Can you explain where you got the figures you are using?
