Hello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, List of tallest structures in China, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 10:43, 6 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Jeddah Tower, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 10:50, 6 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Jeddah Tower. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges on that page. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges.

You are edit warring at various tall building articles. Please do not do this and instead take your reasons for changes to the article talk pages citing reliable sources for any changes Robynthehode (talk) 10:52, 6 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

Someone using this IP address, 218.155.164.106, has made edits that do not conform to our policies and therefore have been reverted. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you did not do this, you may wish to consider getting a username to avoid confusion with other editors. If you'd like to experiment with the syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles.

You don't have to log in to read or edit pages on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free, requires no personal information, and has many benefits. Without a username, your IP address is used to identify you.

Some good links for newcomers are:

Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and a timestamp. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask the Help Desk, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Again, welcome! Robynthehode (talk) 10:53, 6 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to List of tallest buildings in the United Arab Emirates. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Materialscientist (talk) 15:04, 6 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to 1 Park Avenue. Materialscientist (talk) 15:08, 6 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Adding Unsourced Content

edit

Despite having a recent block for your editing behaviour you are still adding unsourced information to building articles. For your most recent edits I have corrected them and not reported you to admins for your continued unacceptable behaviour. Please makse sure you provide reliable sources for any changes WP:RS. If you persist in adding unsourced content I will have no hesitation in asking admins to block you for a considerably longer period. If you do not understand anything about sources you can read the link provided or ask any editor including myself. Thanks. Robynthehode (talk) 09:46, 14 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppet investigation

edit

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/JustinBoy1267, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Truth

edit

I have been forced to report you to admins again because of your continued diruptive edit warring at Tower Infinity. Despite asking you to provide reliable sources for your edits WP:RS you have failed to do so and to engage with any notifications on your talk page. It doesn't matter whether you think you are correct in your edits. Wikipedia is based on what can be supported by reliable verifiable sources WP:V. Information here is not about WP:TRUTH. Please engage with the Wikipedia processes and protocols (including the edit warring noticeboard where you have been reported). The only other option is a lengthy block.
