I think that my edit was appropriate because if you include the medals won by Germany when it was divided between West Germany and East Germany, Germany would be on top of the All-time Winter Olympic Games medal table not Norway and if you include the medals won by Russia when it was part of the Soviet Union, Russia would be ahead of the USA as well so therefore in reality they should be Germany 1st, Norway 2nd, Russia 3rd and the USA 4th.141.8.119.87 (talk) 14:59, 10 February 2019 (UTC)

Welcome
editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia!
Someone using this IP address, 141.8.119.87, removed content without giving an explanation. Please always provide an informative edit summary when removing content from pages. If 141.8.119.87 is a shared IP address and you did not do this, you may wish to consider getting a username to avoid confusion with other editors and further irrelevant notices.
Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Here are some other hints and tips:
- I recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or type {{helpme}}
here on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! AyyImHere (talk) 14:17, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

editYour recent editing history at NationStates shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
We both need to nip this before it becomes a problem. If you have any further questions contact me on my talk page. AyyImHere (talk) 01:16, 20 February 2019 (UTC) AyyImHere (talk) 01:16, 20 February 2019 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Melmann. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Religion in the European Union seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Melmann (talk) 18:40, 17 March 2019 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Sex differences in human physiology, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. . Continuing edits about irreligion in the style of CindyRoleder. Compare Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/CindyRoleder/Archive and see the previous block entry. It seems unlikely this editor is ever going to change, so we should just keep renewing the block each time it expires once we are sure it is the same editing pattern. This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
