Domestic Violence in China

This topic struck me mainly because of how undeveloped the Wikipedia article is. Domestic violence has been commonly shown in Chinese dramas (at least the ones my parents watch), and I find it hard to believe that it is an extremely rare phenomenon in Chinese families. Moreover, I feel that domestic violence is a very "accessible" feminist subject for Chinese people, so the fact that even domestic violence is not properly written on is worrying to me. Domestic violence is a large issue in Asia as a whole, and the fact that this stub is one of the first articles to appear when one googles "Domestic Violence Asia" makes me particularly interested in expanding on this article.
