Hi! I'm on Wikipedia to help improve some of the less well-maintained articles, usually related to mathematics. I usually try to be bold and add new content to short articles without much activity. In addition to my hope that this content helps people browsing the web for information, I also hope that I bring more activity and interest to the page.

Sadly, it appears that the Wikipedia 1.0 Editorial Team is inactive as of July 2024. I think that in the not-too-distant future, the list of articles for Wikipedia 1.0 can be chosen without so much effort by piggybacking on the hard work of the active Vital Articles (VA) project. Specifically, as of July 26, 2024 an okay Wikipedia 1.0 could be compiled from the VA list as follows:
All VAs rated FA (1,236), A (27), GA (2,455), B (12,354), FL (10), or List (113),
All C-class VAs at level 1 (0), level 2 (32), or level 3 (378).
This is 16,605 articles, which is jarringly small and has many omissions. This is missing many level 4 and 5 VAs which are rated C, Start, or Stub (around 33,000 articles), though it includes all VAs at levels 1, 2, and 3. One thing to consider is whether many or all FA and FL articles that are not VAs ought to be included (around 10,000 articles). Anyway, with any luck, in not so long, the above selection will grow to 30,000 or more articles. And when it does, I will support a Wikipedia 1.0 release based on it.
